Bought a $15,500.00 Ironbull dump trailer from this company. Mice got into the electronics/hydraulics box and ate the wiring. Now nothing works including the front jack which is electric over hydraulic. Called them to get some help as I cannot get it off the jack to take to town to get it repaired. Told them I would pay what ever the service call cost, they said they would not do it. These people are very unprofessional, once they get your money you are no longer of any importance. Please warn others of the no service after the sale mentality these folks have. I now have a 14,000 lb $15,500.00 paperweight. Avoid at all cost.

I called in to try and coordinate to get my little sisters travel trailer looked at before she took off on an out west adventure. As a big brother, you always want to make sure nobody will take advantage and want to make sure she is taken care of even from across the country. I spoke with Steven and he was excellent. Got her in quickly and they looked over the trailer, greased the hubs, checked tire pressures and checked all the lights and sent her on her way giving the piece of mind we were looking for before a several thousand mile road trip. Even though this was only a small task for them, just based on this experience I would gladly send anyone their way for trailer service or repair in the area. Thank you for taking care of my little sister. She and her friend Arthur (stuffed animal) thoroughly appreciate it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience with Clarksville Trailer. They have quality products, fair pricing, and some of the best customer service around. Mike was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, answered every question I had, and treated me great every time I stopped by or called. It’s hard to find people these days who genuinely care about their customers and take the time to do things right. Very easy to deal with. I needed a trailer to move my tractor. I called Craig up and he gave me the price over the phone and had it ready to be picked up in 30 minutes. Got to the shop and was helped by Dallas who was excellent as well. In and out swiftly and efficiently. I highly recommend them and will return for some truck work.
